j444 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the j444 platform. All rules covering accounts, bonuses, payments, betting, and responsible gaming are explained in full here.
General Provisions
j444 is an online gaming and betting platform that offers Bangladeshi players a variety of casino games, sports betting, and live dealer games. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between j444 and its users ("player" or "you").
These Terms are written for Bangladeshi players. All games, services, promotions, and features on the j444 platform are governed by these Terms. Sub-policies or section-specific terms such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form an inseparable part of these main Terms.
j444 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Registration
By opening an account with j444 you will have access to all services on the platform. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each individual may open only one account.
- Your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details must be provided when creating an account.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- If any account information changes, the player must notify j444 immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
j444 reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time when necessary. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Age & Eligibility
The minimum age to use the j444 platform is 21. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
j444 gives the highest priority to the protection of minors. If a family member is under age, it is your responsibility to have appropriate protective measures in place on your device. Parents or guardians can contact support directly regarding any suspected underage user.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into j444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
- Deposits made without the correct reference number may be delayed in processing.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to make the deposit.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
- In cases of suspicious activity, j444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at j444 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total playing balance of ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳14,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total playing balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion has a specific validity period — the bonus is automatically cancelled once the period expires.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- If abuse or manipulation of any bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- j444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless stated otherwise in its terms.
Betting & Game Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All decisions relating to betting and games on j444 are final and binding. For bets affected by technical errors or disconnections, j444 will make a decision in accordance with its policy.
6.2 Sports Betting
Various markets are available in sports betting — such as match result, total runs/goals, handicap, and more. All rules regarding bet types and their validity can be found in the guidelines for the relevant game section. Cricket betting covers various markets for international tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL.
6.3 Live Casino & Slots
All casino games (slots, live dealer, fishing games, etc.) operate under their own rules. In the event of a technical issue during a game, j444 will attempt to provide reasonable compensation, but is not liable for losses caused by disconnections.
6.4 Cancellations & Refunds
Bets may be cancelled under certain circumstances — such as event cancellation, technical errors, or incorrect odds being displayed. The original stake of a cancelled bet will be returned to the player's account.
Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system — artificially constructing betting patterns to meet wagering requirements.
- Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in any game or system.
- Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to j444's systems.
j444 uses advanced security measures to monitor suspicious activity. If prohibited activity is proven, the relevant authorities may also be notified.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by j444
j444 reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- In cases of breach of these Terms.
- If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
- If false information is provided during the verification process.
- Upon instruction from a legal authority.
8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player
Any player may request to close their account at any time. To do so, the support team must be notified by email at [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

- Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions).
- Gameplay disruptions caused by the player's own device or network issues.
- Losses caused by software errors from third-party game providers.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
